Online Survey (Quantitative Research)
As a quantitative research method, I conducted an online survey with 15 people to collect data. This method provides a collection of larger and more quantitative data to understand users.
Affinity Map
I created an affinity map to show the finding I gathered as a result of the interview and survey. In this technique, findings are grouped according to their similarities. These grouping can help me extract insights and themes to help build effectively towards the next steps.

User Needs & Goals
Persona
I created personas to help empathize while understanding user needs, pain points, and experiences. These personas were fictional characters representing larger groups of users with certain characteristics and backgrounds.
User Stories
I created user stories to focus on the perspective of those who will use the project. A user story is short, specific, and goal-oriented. It is a one-sentence statement that tends to have the following: “As a want so that”
As a cricket player at SCCC, I want the website to be redesigned with a modern and user-friendly interface, so that so I can easily access the latest match schedules, player profiles, and club news, and have an engaging online experience.
As a website administrator on SCCC, I want the website to be redesigned with an intuitive and efficient content management system, so that I can easily update match schedules, player profiles, club news, and multimedia content without technical difficulties.
